Michael Lambert started his studio in 1967 after extensive training with English and American ceramic masters. His work was selected to be included in the exhibition and catalog "Functional Glamour: Twelve American Ceramists", Museum Het Kruithuis, ‘S-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. It has also been featured in American Craft, NY Times Magazine and the cover of Ceramics Monthly
